"I met Steve 12 years ago when our realtor suggested we hire him to make a few fixes to the condominium we were selling. I was so impressed with his patience at the punch list of tedious jobs we gave him that when it came time to remodel our kitchen 4 years later, I contacted Steve. We have a 100-year-old home and he was able to work with the quirks to make a beautiful end product. He was patient with our need to divide the project into three phases. He let us know this was not how this is usually done and why, but then was flexible in accommodating us. He removed 7 layers of flooring and oversaw new flooring install, cabinet order, old radiators moved, granite counter top people and more. Several years later, we had him install floor to ceiling built-in cabinets in our dining room where we worked with a different cabinet and counter company. Our neighbors were planning a kitchen remodel and we recommended Steve. They love the job he did and thanked us for the recommendation. Most recently, we gutted our attic and had Steve redo a bathroom, add a closet and assist with having 3 skylights installed. Again, the quality of his work is unmatched. Aside from the work, Steve has been wonderful with my boys who would inevitably get in his way, poke into his toolbox, ask questions and if they could try using his “twirler” (screwdriver). Outside of the work, Steve is an involved father, boy scout leader, baseball coach and active contributor to our community.
